This tool is for educational and training purposes only. Do not input any patient health information (PHI) or other sensitive data. All processing occurs locally in your browser, but you are responsible for ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other privacy regulations.

1. Mermaid code starting with "graph TD": short labels, [square brackets] for steps, {curly braces} for decisions, only --> arrows.
2. A plain-text version that reads cleanly in a monospaced note.
